Es ist einfach da.

Warum ist mir das wichtig?
Why does it matter to me?
Weil ich lerne..
Because I learn…
Weil ich lerne mehr ich zu sein..
Because I learn to be me more…
Ich fühle wie ich voller werde.
I feel myself becoming fuller.
Runder.
More rounded.
Einfacher.
More simple.
Die Dinge reißen mich nicht mehr so sehr in den Abgrund.
Things don’t drag me into the abyss like they used to.
Ich bin mehr hier.
I am here more.
Jetzt.
Now.
Das ist wahr.

Was ich jetzt fühle.
